Like the person sitting at home waiting for the phone repair person. Never shows, uses the neighbors phone the next day, told 'we tried to call you to conform your appointment but you didn't answer'. Yes, git, the phone's broke!
So if you didn't change the password, please log on using your new password to tell us about it.

Are they run by that bespectacled comedian Denis Norton or perhaps his gay Irish alter ego Graham - which puts an entirely different slant on the idea of a virus!

Joe, I think that some 'customer service' staff must have training in how to really wind the customer up.

YP, I quite like the idea that actually, they really haven't the faintest idea if indeed I had succeeded in the onerous and complex task of changing my password.
