I have to admit something. Access to networked computers invites mischief and as a frustrated anarchist I have sometimes changed documents slightly or altered one or two figures. It can be like lighting a roman candle. Whoosh! Maybe that's all this French dude was up to - playing games just for the hell of it. I mean he couldn't spend such monies and where is the dosh anyway? Probably doesn't exist - just numbers on a screen...
I tell you what it does highlight: the amount of (paper) money sloshing about in these nefarious businesses. SEVEN BILLION EUROS!! And nobody noticed for ages.
I don't know what the big deal is, its obviously only virtual money!
