Haha! But it is possible to die from inhaling nitrous oxide, surprisingly enough.
If the concentration of nitrous oxide in the air is high enough, you might asphyxiate.
Or to put it another way, 'die laughing'.

Actually I knew someone who comitted suicide by doing it.
